Watery Wednesday

Lake Sebu, South Cotabato, Philippines

Lake Sebu is one of the bigger lakes located on top of the mountains, specifically in Allah Valley, South Cotabato, Philippines. It has an elevation of approximately 1000 m, and a total area of 891 sq km. Rolling hills covered with thick rainforest surronds the valley and the lake. Some beautiful waterfalls are also in these areas, flowing their waters to the lake.

The older post related to this, also with Lake Sebu and its waterfalls are HERE.

  6. Very well composed shots! The clouds produced some dramatic effects creating beautiful reflections.

Re: your comment: My photos showed only the entrance to the tablelands. Have we not made a wrong turn, we would have seen the petroglyphs. Please check out my other post on the Volcanic Tablelands

We stayed in Bishop and I think altogether it was a 20 mile drive.

  10. Beautiful photograph of a beautiful place. My favourite is the first - the colours are so subtle. I love the reflections in both and the third those water lilies are perfect!
